Macau MGM Macau Casino Hotel
At first the hotel was called MGM Grand, now it is called MGM Macau.
The name of the hotel has nothing to do with the Metro Goldwyn Mayer film studio.
The hotel is a 35-storey skyscraper with a height of 154 meters.
Built in 2007 in the modernist style (the outlines of the facade, divided into three horizontal segments, resemble surf waves), the project cost was 975 million. The complex has a 2-storey casino, 600 hotel rooms, a nightclub (long closed), a theater, a conference center, a spa, nine restaurants and several bars.
A magnificent exhibition with a large aquarium and works by renowned artists and sculptors is open to visitors in the lobby of the hotel.
The spacious rooms offer panoramic views of the city or ocean from floor to ceiling.
At the Tria Spa, guests can visit the hammam and enjoy a relaxing massage.
Aux Beaux Arts French Restaurant, Imperial Court Cantonese Restaurant, and Rossio Restaurant serve a buffet of international dishes on site.
The hotel is a must-visit, even if you are only in Macau for 7 hours!!!
There’s such a gorgeous lobby!!!
And a new digital museum of the Maritime Silk Road.
The hotel is connected to the hotel Mandarin Oriental Macau
Free shuttle buses run from the MGM Hotel to 2 border crossings, the airport and 2 berths.
