Club members and spectators can enjoy horse racing from private stands with air conditioning or on television monitors. There are Chinese and European restaurants. The club closes for the summer holidays, usually between the end of August and the beginning of September.
The Jockey Club is one of the largest private employers in Macau, employing 1,400 people.
